Teams Operator Connect

When your existing carrier participates in Microsoft Operator Connect, they can manage the service for bringing PSTN calling to Teams. Session Border Controllers (SBCs) and PSTN calling services are managed by your carrier, saving you money on hardware purchases and management.

The Operator Connect solution might be right for your organization if:

• Your location does not support Microsoft Calling Plan.

• The Microsoft Operator Connect program is available to your preferred carrier.

• You want to find a new carrier to enable calling in Teams.
